Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. At Sinceshe, we strive to provide the best customer service and make the process as easy as possible for you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or washed.If an item is eligible for a return and refund, you may return it within the return window. You must send your return package back within 7 days of submitting your return request.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. You can reach us via email at service@sinceshe.com . Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you will need to include with your return.

All returns must be shipped back to us prepaid. If the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. For your peace of mind, we recommend using an insured courier service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post. Sinceshe is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit.

Once you have received your RMA number, please write it legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging to the following address:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within a timely manner.
