Period Underwear Size Chart

Period Underwear Size Chart

This chart applies to all sinceshe period underwear. Use your waist and hip measurements to find your size. Individual products may not offer every size listed — the chart is kept wide so future products can use the same scale. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort and leak coverage.

How to measure

  • Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of your waist, just above the navel. Stand straight, breathe normally, keep the tape snug but not tight.
  • Hip: Stand with feet together. Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
  • Units: Tables show inches first, with centimeters in parentheses. 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

Standard Sizes — Adult

Use waist and hip together. If waist and hip point to different sizes, choose the size that matches your hip, then check waist comfort.

Plus Sizes — Adult

Corrected version of the previous Plus table: the stray single X column has been removed, and four cells have been corrected to keep grading monotonic and fill gaps (marked *). Use the same waist + hip method as Standard.

* Four corrected cells: M US (was 8, now 8-10 to fill the gap to L), L US (was 12-14, now 10-14 to fill the gap from M), 1X US (was 16-18 duplicate of XL, now 18-20), 1X Hip (was 45-47 duplicate of XL, now 47-49). Source Plus table also had a stray X column (US 14, Waist 36-37, Hip 43-44) that has been removed. All corrected values to be confirmed with supplier size charts and samples before final use.

Teen Sizes

For teen styles, use hip as the primary measurement. Waist follows the same method as above. If hip is between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Size Hip (in / cm) Youth / Adult Reference
XXS* 28-30 / 71.1-76.2 Youth 10-12
XS* 30-32 / 76.2-81.3 Youth 14-16
S* 32-34 / 81.3-86.4 Adult XXS / Youth 16+
M* 34-36 / 86.4-91.4 Adult XS
L* 36-38 / 91.4-96.5 Adult S
XL* 38-40 / 96.5-101.6 Adult M

* Teen values are derived from the adult grading trend and teen product size logic (hip-primary). To be confirmed with supplier size charts and samples before launch.

Fit Notes

  • Between sizes: Choose the larger size. A slightly roomier fit is more comfortable and helps leak coverage.
  • Thong styles: The waistband should sit flat without digging in. If the thong feels tight at the waist, size up.
  • High-waist styles: The waistband should sit at the natural waist without rolling down. If it rolls, try a larger size or a different rise.
  • Overnight / heavy-flow styles: If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for overnight coverage.
